So is this an MMO or a Diablo style game or some hybrid of the 2 which the world has never before seen?

I'm interested but I don't have time to read all the website :(

I loved Phantasy Star 2 for the Sega Genesis...

Two questions:

1) Is anyone jumping the WoW ship to play this?

2) Why do people think this is going to be more fun than WoW? (other than the fact that its sci-fi)

I don't need an essay response... just whatever you PSU-ites are drooling over would help me to decide if Im going to pick this up.

I think this household will get at least one account to check it out but WoW won't be going anywhere. Damon and I are too excited for burning crusades.

If this turns out to be a winner we'll probably have two accounts running for a time but I think the game may have the same longevity as CoH did. Of course this assumption comes from no real knowledge of the game and only nostalgic remembrances of PSO old school style.

Also, picking this up will be determinant on the Wii and our bank account after this nugget of joy enters the house.

Lalala. 10/24 can't come soon enough. I'm getting a little tired of being productive during my free time. :D

I've already ordered my copy of PSU and can't wait for this game to come out. It looks like the PS2, Xbox360, and PC versions can all play toghether which make me all warm and tingly inside.

Marvin will be rebooted 10/24.

Has anyone played past interations of PS PC games?

How are the controls on the PC... or are you pretty much required to get a USB console controller?

Is it confirmed that PC can play together with console players?

PC + PS2 will be together. XB360 is too cool for the rest of us and has its own seperate server.

I've read that the PC controls for PSOBB aka Ep4 were rough around the edges, but who knows how PSU will be. I think Kye played PSOBB for a while?

I'll be there. I'll be roleplaying in the meantime.

When I was messing around with the PSOBB beta I didn't spend much time with the PC controls and went straight to a USB controller. After playing PSO on the GC for so long the PC controls just felt awkward and the controller set up was just so much more familiar. Honestly I'll probably go the same way with PSU. OG 4 lyfe.

I've just spent the last 2 hours playing Marvin Ver 3.0 in the beta for Xbox Live. I'll post my thoughts later tonight when I get back from work.
